RE:Valuing " ounces in the ground "It pains me to read these posts.  I have made the mistake(a few times) of being overly optimistics and I paid for it.  Please do yourself a favour.  The data is almost all there.  Do a revenue/cashflow projection for the next few years and I believe that you will see that only Appian and royality companies will make money.  Also, if they don't meet the production forecasts, Appian will takeover even more.  It doesn't matter if there are 2 or 10 million ozs in the ground, the s/p will be depressed due to the lack of free cashflow and the inherent risk of the financial convenants.  For the sake of the retail investors, I hope that I am wrong.  GLTA
