Nothing has been commented on about thisFurther, the Nominating, Compensation and Governance Committee of the Company wouldalso recommend to the Board a suitable replacement for Richard Sutcliffe, who wouldresign from the Board once a suitable replacement was been identified(which replacement would be independent of Appian)
After 5 years on the Harte Board, this is how Richard Sutcliffe exits.......no explanation in the above quote from the NR....simply " who would resign from the board ".....once a suitable replacement etc...is he retiring or is he he being retired......fascinating that the quote includes " which replacement would be independent of Appian "....really.....and how would that be determined....who is going to vette the new replacement to ensure he is truly independent....the board is currently split between 3 " independent " members and 3 representing the interests of Appian...they make no bones about it....this new member would be the deciding vote between our Appian handlers and our hopefully Harte independent members...it's a big deal.....can only hope that the new member, AND the entire board, work and decide in the best intereests of ALL shareholders...just saying
