RE:After the Long Weekend

RE:After the Long Weekend
The path to profitability is there. Its just getting the TPD up and hitting the increased grade as they get deeper. This requires some capital so I think the best outcome is being taken over by a mid-sized company that can afford to get through the hedge, debt , and invest some money to get operations streamlined. My guess is that there is some potential for this to happen but some of the numbers thrown out here seem way too optimistic. I think a transaction that values Harte shares around 15 cents and where we receive stock in the purchasing company is about right. If this happens I'll gladly hold those shares as eventually Harte can add 500 million+ in value to its purchaser within 2-3 years. I expect shares will keep jumping around 7-9 cents on Monday based on the probability of the scenario I have described but really tough to figure out lately.
