And what of New GoldIf Silver Lake is in this to force a default, does NG just get squeezed out of it's 25 million...would have been a different story if NG had aquired BNP's position, placing them squarely as both stakeholder and shareholder...lots we dont know....although technically all shareholders are stakeholders, but not all stakeholders are shareholders
