This is far from over. SL owns senior debt, so what. They said in NR that
they would work with HRT shareholders for best out come. [in print] Maybe they are top dog for now. What if they/someone forcloses on loans? We appoint a receiver , take co. bankrupt, assets go up for sale, some debts get paid off, SL first and so on., shareholder loose all. How does SL guaranty owning HRT then? mine shuts down, in court for months and so on. WHO wins then? Nobody , somebody, SL not guranteed, so I see a diifrent approach.
Someone steps up pays SL loan and they are out of the picture. Dont think that was their intention to bankrupt hrt.
