RE:RE:Appian warrants...

RE:RE:Appian warrants...Just looking for answers in the numbers as I'm sure many of us are...should have scratched a little harder...Since NG's involement, I have found it a " coincidence "  that 36 plus 15 equals 51....assuming that everybody involved wants the best solution for themselves first, and everybody else second...So  how does Appian salvage this mess  and come out a winner after years of "struggle"...and how does NG save money and face...NG has no board representation and no management role ( along with Appian ).. not being a " reporting insider "  NG may have acquired shares on the open market the past few weeks at these low levels....effectively 4 people get to decide stuff..(.issuing private placement shares from treasury to inject cash would require board approval,  and very dilutive..)  .and only one of them has their own skin in the game...so enough spinning for now...far too many possibilities...just trying to keep the conversation alive as long as the patient is still alive...   junior resource stocks...ughh
