The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Someone representing Silver Lake will soon be asking the Court for an order "nullifying" your shares and mine. That order will be transmitted to all exhanges worldwide resulying in a "termination" of those shares on those markets. That penny value you refer to is not an obligation of Harte or SL, but was supplied by the "market" while ii was active...before the freeze.

I still think we ought to bring some legal guns into the process on our behalf. I'll pay .005 US per share if all else agree. A contingent fee of 20-25% seems fair as well.

Someone with more energy and resources than I has to take up the cause. It's doable and recoverable IMHO.
