what is the use if the management knows some huge treasure underground, but couldn't bring a damn shiit value to investors for last 5+ years?

That's truly an understatement in my opinion and key to understanding this investment at this time.
We have drilled and drilled and shareholders have always been unable to get a full picture of what has been found. The professional/legal niceties around "proving up" a reserve leave a huge gap in what management must disclose publicly.
I firmly believe that management and Appian know there is a material amount of undeclared
value on the Harte property and are just playing a waiting game in order to optimize their investment. Who can force their hand ? How ? Why? At these prices, accumulation is extremely attractive and we do see accumulation.
