RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Anybody remember thisI only met Steve Roman, Sr. once at a family gathering in the States. Actually, Stephen had flown his father to that event as he did so many other places.

Steve, Sr. was a true Horatio Alger 'rags to riches" phenom IMHO.  I've read about some of the controvery that followed him. What's new for such a successful, willful entrepreneur. 

I also know he was a strong benefactor of the Church as you point out. Steve 's personality and 
forceful, can do spirit was probably quite unnerving to more conservative Church leaders. Candidly, they may have been less enthusiatic about Steve's church-building plans at or near the Romandale estate/farm than he was.

Steve's life speaks for itself. We should all be so talented, committed and successful.
