What I said was3rd qtr results SHOULD be available..( to the eyes of management )....whether they choose to include them in any news release on or about Oct 15, will be up to them...yes, they are not required until 45 days after Sept 30.....but given the magnitude and significance of this next NR , improving quarterly results may be part of the information release...
