Harte/BNP loan

Harte/BNP loan If anyone thinks that Harte will now be able to raise money to pay off the loan that SVL has bought is smoking something.I have no idea what SVL will do now ,they play thier cards close to thier chest and have not announced what thier plans are .It might just be easier for them to buy out the billion shares for 2.5 to 3 cents or they might just Call the debt .I have no idea. All will become apparent in a few months .Harte shares are dead money ,better to take the tax loss in my opinion .BNP is a bank ,doesn't want to run a mine and has been advised to raise capital by the regulators ,hence the debt sale .
This problem has all been caused by poor Harte management who ran out of money before they could get enough cash flow out of the mine to fund expansion etc .
End of story .
