There seems to be considerable denial amongst Harte shareholders as to what is going on .The price of Harte shares continues to fall towards zero.It means they have zero value ,which is what the company has said..This means Mr market thinks the shares have no value if the assets get disposed of and have no value for voting .In a situation like Harte the debt takes precedence .The only hope for the mine and its workers is Silver Lake ,that should be quite obvious to all.7 months have gone by during this "strategic review" and no other offers.
The markets are now much worse than 7 months ago ,gold is down the the stock market is looking very rocky ,
Appian could get 10 billion shares ,it doesn't make any difference ,they are worthless pieces of paper which will likely make nice wallpaper and that's about all.
