I think this little tid bit is what is worrying investors , A contract is a contract , if legal action is launched , CNOOC will not win otherwise what is the point of signing
how are you so sure??? husky failed to provide 330 million cubic feet per day as per contract (only 150) and don't forget that CNOOC is 51% in the project.. the contract is under Chinese legislation and Husky owner is Chinese to ... politics is still strong and in this contract was a lot of politics..nobody is crazy to pay 15$/mmcf for gas only if you receive something under the table .... I could bet that husky will lose
