RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Claims Refinery ExplosionIt is odd that it takes 2 months for a government authority to make its findings as to cause.  According to The Canadian Press, ongoing investigations are delaying when HSE can restart some parts of Superior.  https://energynow.ca/author/the-canadian-press/ 

I suspect the delayed restart is also a damage covered by insurance, as it results from the same event.  I agree, the financials in a couple weeks should shed some light on what reserve/writedown, if any, HSE is bugetting for as a result of the explosion.
