its probably true* but coming in the heels of a mass layoff, its below the belt to gloat.

*YTD, debt is down 300M, paid 377M in divid, spent 2.5B in capex, sustain capex is 1.35B according to them, therefore the ratio of CF to dividend is 4.95 - they are paying only 20% of cashflow in dividends, the rest is all growth capex...stock is down because ...that's the world we live in.
