Year end tax selling is almost over. I think 2020 will finally be the year where oil and gas stocks will finally perform. Shale production will underwhelm and with the valuation of the market only O&G displays attractive valuation. We need some good news surrounding the pipeline but hopeful that HSE and others will finally perform. At 0.50 of book value I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that half of book value with substantial cash and little debt this should be trading closer to $15
