RE:Is Husky buying Athabasca Oil ?

They are certainly not going to buy Athabasca Oil in the coming two weeks.  The "rumor" is made on the Athabasca Oil Corp bull board.  The time will come when aquisitions are cool again but that will come after more certainy with Transmountain pipeline and Line 3, which will be greatly beneficial to Athabaca's Leismer and Hangingstone assets.  KeystoneXL would do wonders, but I am not confident that line will ever be built as Trump is about to be impeached and may not be re-elected.

ATH oil corp is a company with a dropping credit score and falling bonds, with Norwegian shareholders who are absolutely desperate to get out, with a low insider ownership and a high retail (most of them down heaps) base.  The longer the situation takes to shift favourably, the worse it will be for ATH shareholders;  the sooner the situation clears in a positive way, the better it will be for ATH shareholders.
