I'm one of the most negative poster on HSE (if not in general) and I got a very positive impression of the mgmt team from this earnings call. They seemed genuinely dedicated to keeping the Divi come H or H, and seemed to have influenced the BoD as well as to how important of an issue this is for minority shareholders.
