Your absolutely right. However, we typically don't see a pandemic when there is over saturation of the market. We aren't going to be seeing an increase in that demand side of people aren't even going out for dinner or entertainment any more. The way people are shopping doesn't seem to be leading to a weekly grocery trip. Unless people get in their cars and start driving in circles, there will be a decline in demand while the market is being over saturated
