This whole crisis will probably bring about alot of change after its over and being better prepared for inevitable next time.
Canada,US, and Mexico should easily be able to supply NA with no need for imports. Set a price that allows profitability to oil companies but keeps gasoline prices reasonable for working folk.
The world has focused on globalization but I can see reverteing back to more localization.
