Interested in another suggestionYes, although for column titles (spread, div, yield) need to stress that this rate is only the "FIXED" portion.... otherwise maybe people will think this is the actual Dividend/Yield they will be getting, when infact it's much more.

Based on price of shares from last night you want to see a column "yield" as shown above with the values of 6.80% for hse-c and 6.99% for hse-e.

Formula to get the yield is
 ((25*spread)/100)/price
