rate is only the "FIXED" portion.... otherwise maybe people will think this is the actual Dividend/Yield they will be getting, when infact it's much more.

Based on price of shares from last night you want to see a column "yield" as shown above with the values of 6.80% for hse-c and 6.99% for hse-e.
Formula to get the yield is
((25*spread)/100)/price
