I think I understand what you are asking for but to be on the safe side can you verify with the following example.

price spread div  yield   ticker
11.5 3.13 0.7825 6.80%   hse-c
12.76 3.57 0.8925 6.99%   hse-e

Based on price of shares from last night you want to see a column "yield" as shown above with the values of 6.80% for hse-c and 6.99% for hse-e.

Formula to get the yield is
 ((25*spread)/100)/price
