RE:Cenovus meet CHINA ....This is "international law" is between Canada and USA, Canadian and American Citizen.
How about if China made an agreement with say Austraila. Then China can get Austraila to arrest a Canadian or American and hold them when ever they think they broke what they deem/impose the law???
USA broke the Agreement with Iran. If anything USA is breaking international law.
