This is "international law" is between Canada and USA,  Canadian and American Citizen. How about if China made an agreement with say Austraila.   Then China can get Austraila to arrest a Canadian or American and hold them when ever they think they broke what they deem/impose the law??? USA broke the Agreement with Iran.  If anything USA is breaking international law
