I breifly looked into it, they didn't say much, instead they want you to sign up and join their action without them telling you what their action really is in detail. Crazy. That's like Dissenting without knowing what Cenovus will pay you for your shares. Crazy.
If you come across an action specifically by the Preferreds for the $25/share action can you please post it. If anyone comes across such a action, can you please post it. I would like to join. For me, it's HUGE $$$$$$$. Plus, I will feel better, standing up for my rights... or atleast finding out by a Judge decision whether the Terms were broken....... Otherwise, this will simmer with me for the rest of my life.
