RE:SP500 will close in the red...All the talk about "sell in May" leading into Feb/May on the fraud news (err.. business news) channels - BNN, CNBC, etc - was a clue that they will push the S&P higher. Now everyone is yapping about what stocks you SHOULD buy .... VIX is the lowest since 2006/7 ... and we all know what happened in 2008. Options expire this week - lets see what happens next week.
