Last time the VIX was at 11+ back in May'13, HVU was at $30+
This ETF is a massive scam between Horizons Betapro and the Market Makers - especially CIBC. Short it anywhere (if the greedy basterds will lend you the shares) and in a year you would have made a 10 bagger ... easy money!
