Any upgrades Coming Out on this One?

Any upgrades Coming Out on this One?I can't believe we are still trading in this same price range, that had to be the best earnings report to date,and at one time we had a price target of 7.00 a share that was for last year. Why are we trading so low? Is someone keeping the price down?
