There is a strong possibility of this entire resolution getting rejected if minority shareholders group together.
We all know how much the PNG business is worth with such a deep moat of high barrier of entry and almost no competition. PNG is stepping into a decade long resource boom cycle and we have a stake in that.
I got some legal consultation last week and there is a clear case of minority discrimination here. In the worst case if a legal resource is taken up this entire re-org drama will be halted and there might be a quick bidding war for the company.
Regardless, I urge everyone on this board to step up and reach out to management/board at the earliest.
