For clarification purposes, the quarterly statements are reviewed by the external accountants on a quarterly basis and audited on an annual basis.

I think that their comment is that because of the restatement work they are behind in the completion of the Q3 work. Take from this what you will.

It's time Management and the Board get their act together. If I was a Director I would be feeling uncomfortable with my potential exposure here.

I am hopeful that when the conference call happens that the issue of regulatory requirements will be addressed. I want to know why they thought in the first place their initial plan was even remotely viable and that subsequent proposals won't be equally as illconceived!

It's unfortunate how much time and energy has been wasted on this rather than on developing the business.
