RE:VN CapitalNorthforce, agree with your thoughts - something with VN Capital just seems a bit off. It's not clear to me why they think the best course of action for shareholders would be to sell everything. Or why they thought that management could "just" sell the company to Cyrus at the snap of the fingers. And their ultimatums seem a bit absurd and childish. It's good to have had some intervention but their proposals seem a bit unrealistic (at least to an armchair investor like myself) which is eroding their credibility somewhat in my eye.
