So vote at least AGAINST fixing Board to 4 giving us...Opportunity to appoint an independent Director that brings more business- and action orientation on contracts and needed scale.
If you want to vote against M. Binnion than I would prefer Mike Maguire to be Chairman.
I wouldn't be comfortable voting for any of the other Directors if their manadate is to fire sale the company.
Otherwise I would have tended to adding one of those too.
I just don't like VN Capital's final recommendation at all.
