Can I point out that you often don't see this?

"Over the past ten years High Arctic has carried a conservative capital structure while returning significant shareholder value through dividends and share buybacks of approximately $110 million."

on a stock with a market cap of $77.46 million ( mostly $42 million cash ) at $1.59

Yeah, but don't forget that before the pandemic they were paying around $0.20 annual dividend (since mid 2014) and before that ($0.12-$0.15 annual divvy). For sometime they've had more than 50MM shares outstanding. Over 10 years, this in itself is almost $100MM. Add to that the 5-7MM shares they bought back... $110MM :) Let's hope the next 10 years bodes as well. As mentioned in an ...more

Good summary JJ. I can see them wanting to restore the divvy to $0.20 a share ASAP. Especially with their immediate prospects in PNG.

At today's price a $76 million mkt cap. This means $42 million in cash and $34 million for the PNG business and remaining Canadian assets (Team Snubbing). We all know how lucrative PNG can be when fully ramped up. Very compelling value indeed!

After watching from the sidelines for a while I bought some shares today. I probably could have been a bit more discerning in my bid price but I always seem to lose out in the long run when I try and save a penny here and there on the entry price!
