Shell Game/Scam

This whole load of bs, named "unlocking shareholder value", does the exact opposite, stealing the company's best assets and dumping them into a "foreign entity" that is not even going to be listed on stock exchanges does the EXACT OPPOSITE of "unlocking" value.  It locks in all the value and makes it inaccessible.  This is a con job.

This whole deal appears designed to screw us over.

The biggest benefit to share holders would be to leave things as is.  I get the impression that Cyrus sees that PNG is going to explode the value of the company if the rigs reactivated, and they are setting up this whole scam deal to benefit themselves and shaft the other share holders.

Note:  I may be completely wrong, the whole deal appears very complex and hard to understand, but it sure as hell smells really, really bad to me.

Maybe I'm over reacting and being overly paranoid.  I've seen a few scams happen over the course of my investing career and it really gets under my skin, so when I see something that might be a scam I go off the rails sometimes lol.  Guess we will see.
