Everybody is just waiting for the circular for confirmation.. the longer management takes to release the greater the opportunity for opposition to get organized, so I guess that works in our favor!

The fact that the circular hasn't been released is the most telling to me. If you follow the trail of prior press releases, they had intended to provide the circular in August. The fact that the circular hasn't been released tells me there is a hang-up with this. The plan as presented fails to achieve "unlocking" of shareholder value and in fact, it "locks up" any
