NCIB

Why not use the NCIB on days like today? Easy to mop up the overhang of stock well below book value and improve value to the shareholders. Not rocket science.

Well to summarize bluntly... the company is lead by incompetent management. Buying back stock BELOW working capital valuation would surely seem to be a good capital allocation strategy... but these guys would rather sit on a mountain of cash in money market funds because they think they are better at earning interest income than you or I!!!
