Could you expand upon your claim that they bought "an empty rental yard with 3 rental employees"? Do you dispute the financial metrics provided in the news release? Retarded post, as it states Canadian revenue will be trippled to quadrupled; which means it's a clear no brainer to scale up.  The CAD company is aimed to be a divvy company: they would only need  $ 3mln coming out of this business and team snubbing to support the currently suspended half a cent divvy.  It seems small but for the rental business it's a step change, of ...more

An empty rental yard is good!!  Means the equipment is rented out and generating revenues.  If the yard is full they are not earning revenues on all that equipment.
