I am not convinced either side. Was too buzy with personal matters. I have considerable amount of shares though, lets hear all pros and cons.

Vote get rid of Binnion and McGuire to send them a message not to try and split company.  Cyrus has enough votes and management exercised rights to put them over the 50% with Cyrus so you're just sending them a polite message.

I was wondering what folks on this board would consider better for their vallets. Not here to play politics or "send messages" no matter how mild.

I'm not sure any on this chat board can say for certain what the best outcome would be.  The grievance with the current B of D is they proposed the PNG spin off in to a private company, essentially removing the liquidity of the shareholder's investment here. It shouldn't have taken a shareholder activist to show the B of D this was not a fair proposition to most investors.

impega: What are you suggesting? That they are a bunch of crooks? It's either that or they're incredibly incompetent. Either way, I hope change is afoot.

No one on the Board of Directors was EVER able to explain how the PNG spin off would benefit current HWO shareholders so I think that speaks to competence or just poor investor relations.  Also seems like they have had ample time to make an alternate, more appropriate proposal. I am not suggeting anything criminal. We'll know more in a couple of days I guess. Undoubtedly there is value
