Nuttall and others say the clearwater has to consolidate.That means hwx spur and tve have to work something out.I own them all and in favor of the move.HWX has already set the stage for a spinco with the new ventures group allowing them to sell the clearwater.The combined companies will be a monster and a must have for the institions.making stakeholders a lot of money.
