RE: RE: Cash Flow

RE: RE: Cash Flow

The Beatrice Complex average daily sales volumes for the period as measured at the Nigg

storage facility are summarised as follows:

Gross (bopd) Net to Ithaca (bopd)

January 7,073 3,375

February 9,351 4,464

March 9,904 4,739

Average Q1 2010 8,776 4,193

The average realised price for production in January was 72.133 $/bbl and in February was

77.392 $/bbl (before hedging and additional price uplift at the point of sale to a third party).

Deliveries for March are currently being priced.

3375*31=104,625*(72.13-18=54.13)=$5.66million + 51,000*(77-72.13=4.87)=$248,370 so 5.908 million net cashflow for January
4464*28=124,992*(77.39-18=59.39)=7.42 million hedging loss .39 per bbl for febuary
4739*31=146,909*(60net as guess)=8.81 million back of the napkin you can add 22 million or so + nigg terminal
