RE: RE: Funmanagers, analysts and the like

I believe they are governed by our rules. They would have to announce their intention over a certain percentage  whether it is an inverstment 20% or less I think or a takeover. You can't just buy all the share you want in the market without disclosing as someone mentioned. There is a limit. It will be interesting to see if it goes up much if at all right away when they start to produce Athena. Eventually will do well but initially .....maybe everyone has bought anticipating Athena. Athena starting to produce is certainly not new news. Stocks discount the future.. but if expectations were for Athena to start up with some production problems and it does not, then the stock would go up. But if everyone beieves Athena will start up fine and it does ......then what do you really think will happen. Hard to say.

Also, those that walk away from the data room ...would they have been required to sign some document in order to get into the data room in the first place. If they walk away what restrictions will have been imposed on them...over what time frame  ...maybe no unfriendly offer for one yr or something...just trying look at this from all sides.
