Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

The focus should be on the super outperformance of the wells not a 4-6 month delay. They mid 2014 now its late 2014 for as they say a very good reason.
If this comes on at 35000 boepd verses the 30000, Ithaca's share will be (54.66%) or 19130 plus base production of 12500 gives a total production of 31500.

That folks means that Ithaca is trading at just over 1 times 2015 cash flow (at a average net back of $68). Cenkos is right that any pull back and there should not be much is a great entry point into a stock that is destined to nearly double by mid next year.
