RE:RE:SHINY Award

RE:RE:SHINY AwardI appreciate a lot of Golong's comments. Hey, he's a trader and is not shy about discussing it and he knows that is what he is. For most of those who are disappointed in what has happened with the sp I don't think you've figured out what kind of investor you are. Are you a trader or a longer term investor with a target sp in mind for your investment. If you are a trader then you should like what is going on (i.e. more volatility). If you are a long term investor then you should properly examine what has exactly changed in the fundamentals of IAE and what impact it has had on your view of the value of IAE (not be so sensitive to the short term movements in the sp). I'm a long term investor. Am I disappointed in the recent drop? Sure but for me nothing has changed in what I view as the long term value of the company other than to delay 1 key event (i.e. Stella production) for 6 months and add $40 million to true capex (drop in the bucket). Do I understand why these 2 items might cause a drop in short term sp - absolutely but nothing has really changed in my mind on what I see is the ultimate value of IAE - just the timing as to when the market will agree with me. Remember that traders take the chance that no acquisition offers will happen while they wait for more positive news in the fundamentals or other potential sp moving news. They have done their own probability analysis and determined their trading strategies. Good for them. But that is the risk they take. So decide what kind of investor you are and take the proper approach the short run sp movements. GLTA.
