RE:RE:RE:Going no where

RE:RE:RE:Going no where Vinny I have had a very large position in Bankers for a long time and doubled down in mid 2012 when it went under $2. I have made a very very large some of money off of that stock so far and will continue to hold. I have owned Gran Tierra for an even longer time (sub $3). Parex came out of nowhere and was dead as a door nail money for the longest time. It had a very large spike of late and it would be a mere fluke if one happened to catch it, not investing skill. Bankers is a turnaround story that almost everyone hated. Very few were buying when I was buying and the talking heads on BNN were trashing the stock. Does that sound familiar? Ithaca is in the same boat not currently loved due to disappointment and misfortune. To me this is not the time to sell, but buy on weakness.
Are you saying that buying Bankers or Parex now would have better risk./reward than Ithaca even after their huge run? Ah.....no thanks I will stick with Ithaca at this point rather than add to my Bankers position.
Investing in North Sea or smaller off shore E&P companies is not predictable and the production growth is very very lumpy. Ithaca will have its day and if the stock is flat for the next year that is OK for me. I do not post too often and yes perhaps a bit of a mouthpiece at times. I guess when I read posts like yours I tend to get a little frisky.
