Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:Disappointing showing today by IAE ....For the recent SP stagnation, could be a pause with some selling after very cheap buyings in the recent dip. We did pass though 0.70's in no time...

For the hedges structure in place, given last year's fall and new up trend going on, it starts to look like no one could have set it better. And Stella delay could turn out to be another very good timing. Luck again?...

For the future SP, all is linked to oil price, like the rest of the oil patch. The trend? Reopening closed projects is not as quick as many could think, and financing in the oil patch could be harder to find in the future. At the pace US is cutting output this year, the worldwide oil supply/demand equation will reverse before year's end, 2017 will be very interesting, imo.
