On May 28, 2024, the Acquiror sold, by way of a designated trade to National Bank Financial Inc., 50,241,282 of the Acquiror’s common shares of the Issuer at a price of $1.31 per share on a prospectus exempt basis for total proceeds of $65,816,035 to the Acquiror.
