RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Calgary Rider - Who might buyout IBI?My take is that while IBI may be a potentialy good acquitsition for the AECOMs, Stantecs and all the others out there, there is a very real risk that if that happens many of the best talent may very well quit. I've seen it happen often in the past when a small to medium consulting company gets bought by the big boys, most of their best people jump ship for various reasons. As for RRSP contributions or other benefits, I've heard through the grape vine that IBI will begin some kind of profit sharing plan with its employees this year or next. I don't have the details but if this is true, I say it's about time that they became competitive with other large consulting firms who offer similar packages. It should also help retain the talent and increase employee participation in the success of the company. My two cents.
