Don't know if this is confirmed or not, but I've heard that the company is apparently looking at implementing a bonus system based on performaces/goals for every employee, sometime in 2015/2016. Makes sense in order to improve moral, performace and keep/reward the best employees. I'm curious as to why they didn't think of that before.  A lot, if not most larger consulting firms have some kind of employee benefit program, IBI seemed to lag behind.
