RE:RE:Td report - 9.5 target
RE:RE:Td report - 9.5 targetLow volume tells me the malaise, which has been consistent with much of the market, isn't unique to IBI. Small and mid-caps didn't get much love this summer, that's for sure, but IBI I hanging in heir.
in the last con call they mentioned that 2nd half cash flow will be heavy (substantial) and I would be surprised if they make a big push here to maximize debt repayment for 2H and then bring in the dividend in early 2018.
At at some point, if this company remains undervalued AND there are no attractive acquisitions or internal investments, share buyback should be considered. With a small float and a deeply discounted share price, they will easily get multiple times over a simple 10% return, which one could argue is approx. what an investment in growth can bring.
By even mentioning "dividend" or "buyback" they will generate investor interest in this. They never even have to pull the trigger. Operationally and technically, the management team is TOP NOTCH, (which is great - and very desirable as an investment), but they could do with a bit more focus on the investment community....drumming up interest.
In a way, Share price is an asset that needs to be maturely grown in capital markets. Share price is an asset that can support the financing of future acquisitions.
Anyways, it'll happen. Patience will reward you 50%, and that's just based on current fundamentals.
