Engineering is typical 10%, where architecture is probably 1% of a project like this. Control Systems design, operation control centres (which iBI has already done for YYc) can be another 1% or 2%z.

If they get into project management like some other Toeonto area projects it could be another 2%.

Scope is uncertain, but what is clear is that IBI is a trusted long-term consultant at the city of Calgary and they and there’s a lot of cake to go around.
